How do I know what jobs are available?
On the Careers page, you can click the “Job Search” link to easily browse our open positions. The openings are updated and you will find the most up-to-date job openings here.
How do I know my application was received?
When you submit your application, you will receive an email confirmation that we have successfully received your application. You may log back into your portal at any time to see the status of your application. If we determine your skills and experience are a match for the position in which you have applied, a representative will contact you. Your information will remain in our database for a period of time, and may be reviewed for a future position.
How can I find out the status of my application?
You may log back into your portal at any time to see the status of your application. Candidates that are moving forward in the interview process will be contacted directly.
Our goal is to select the candidate whose experience and qualifications most closely match our job opening. For any given position, we may have many applicants. We always strive to ensure that your application status is current. In general, it may take a minimum of two weeks for your application to be reviewed. Due to the large volume of applications, we ask that candidates use their self service method that we’ve outlined. Should our HR Specialist determine that your experience and qualifications could potentially match an opening, a representative will contact you directly.
Application status information:
If your application status is listed as “application received”, you application submittal was successful and we are in the process of receiving both internal and external applications from candidates. We encourage you to visit this website regularly to review our current job openings. We wish you the best in your job search.
If you application status is “being reviewed”, it indicates that the HR Specialist is reviewing your resume to determine if there is a match to the job requirements. If there is a match, you will be contacted as soon as a decision is made.
If your application status is “not selected”, it indicates that the HR Specialist has determined that your experience and qualifications are not a match to our current opening. It’s important to note that your candidate profile and application will remain in our active database, so we can consider you for future opportunities.
If your application status is “selected another candidate”, it indicates that after careful consideration of several applicants, another candidate was selected for the job and the job has been filled.
How do I submit my application for multiple positions?
When resumes are received, they are reviewed based on the specific position. If you are interested in multiple positions, you do not need to submit a separate application, however you need to update your profile with any new positions you are interested in.
What is the salary range for the position I'm applying for?
AAASNE offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. If you have a specific salary expectation, please state this in your online resume or prior to the interview process.
I've been contacted for an interview. What should I expect from the hiring process?
If you are called to come in for an interview, generally, you will meet with a Staffing Specialist. If you move forward in the process, you can expect to meet with business line staff member before any decisions are complete.
Some positions require pre-employment testing. It is our policy that all offers are pending successful completion of a drug test, criminal background screen and previous employment reference checks. Offers for some position at AAASNE are also pending a driver’s license check and/or credit checks.
