Auto Travel
Our Auto Travel Department provides expert advice on auto travel destinations and accommodations. Our Auto Travel Counselors answer incoming calls from members; processes requests for TripTiks, TourBooks, maps and tourism information and Drive Vacations.

Travel Agency
AAA Travel Agency is dedicated to providing leisure and worldwide travel products and services to individuals and groups, while utilizing preferred travel partners and providing excellent member service.

Road Service
The Road Service Department is responsible for providing 24-hour roadside assistance to members through our network of contract facilities and Club-owned fleet. Positions in Road Service include Call Center Dispatchers and Call Counselors, as well as Fleet Drivers.

Auto Glass
AAA Auto Glass replaces and repairs all glass in autos, trucks, buses, motor homes and almost anything else on wheels. AAA Auto Glass is currently providing service in the majority of AAA Southern New England's territory.

Branch Operations
The Branch Operations department is responsible for providing outstanding Member service through our network of conveniently located Branch Offices. The positions available may include: Member Service Counselors Assistant Branch Manager, Insurance Agent, Travel Agent, Receptionist, and Wireless Sales Representative.

Financial Services
Financial Services meets the financing needs and expectations of our members by providing an array of offerings including mortgages, vehicle loans, home equity and home improvement loans as well as extended service contracts and an online auto buying service.

Insurance Agency
Our Insurance Agency, along with AAA-affiliated agencies, has been servicing members and the motoring public since 1933, making us leaders in personal lines of insurance. In addition to providing dependable automobile insurance at special member rates, we also offer reliable and competitive homeowners, flood and personal plans, as well as personal life insurance tailored to the individual needs of our members.

Membership
Our Membership department answers member inquiries over the telephone. Our department also processes new, renewal and change transactions for members and completes various membership maintenance reports on a routine basis. We also coordinate production of Membership billing and cards.

Other Departments
Many of our employees support other employees who service our members or work behind the scenes to develop products and services. Other departments include Building Services and Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Internet Services, Accounting, Public Affairs, Marketing and Publications.
