AAA Basic Membership Benefits

AAA Southern New England serves over 3 million members in Rhode Island and Massachusetts including Greater Boston, Worcester, Berkshire County and Cape Cod and the following counties in Connecticut: New Haven, Fairfield and Litchfield as well as Salem, NH. Your local auto club membership also makes you an affiliate of the American Automobile Association. As such, AAA services here at home are also available to you at every AAA Club and branch office throughout the United States. You are also eligible for service at all Club offices of the Canadian Automobile Association and at affiliated auto club offices in numerous other foreign countries.

Plus Membership

For an additional annual fee, Club members who meet certain requirements can apply to become a AAA Plus member and enjoy additional, enhanced benefits. With AAA Plus, you are provided up to 100 miles of towing at no additional cost.

To become a AAA Plus member, maximum road service calls cannot exceed 4 calls for the last two consecutive membership years and you must enroll all AAA members in your household in Plus coverage. The Club reserves the right to review membership history before accepting a member for Plus coverage. Annual dues for Plus coverage is in addition to the AAA Basic membership dues. Plus coverage commences when you have your Plus card in your possession, which should take approximately 7–10 business days after approval.

Premier Membership

Enjoy the best of the best… you'll receive the same benefits as a Plus member with even greater peace of mind. AAA Premier membership is the highest level of membership AAA has to offer. You’ll enjoy expanded roadside assistance benefits such as one 200 mile tow per household per year,* an advantage for AAA members who venture far and wide.

In order to be accepted for AAA Premier Membership, you must have been an existing AAA Plus member for one year, must enroll all AAA Plus members in your household in Premier coverage, and road service calls cannot exceed 4 calls for the last 2 consecutive membership years.
