Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked Membership questions:

Replacement/ Lost Membership Card

New membership cards are sent out every year along with the first renewal notice approximately 6 weeks before your renewal date. If you need a replacement card, please contact our membership center directly at: 1-800-JOIN-AAA (564-6222), as there is a $5 per card fee for reprints.

Moving out of AAA Southern New England Territory

Please contact our Membership Department directly at: 1-800-JOIN-AAA (564-6222) or if calling from outside the local calling area, please call 401-868-2000 ext 7582. A Membership Service Counselor will be able to update your account and transfer your membership to the proper servicing Club.

Upgrading to AAA Plus

AAA Plus is available once a member has been an active Basic cardholder for at least 2 years and must also meet certain eligibility requirements. Our membership service counselors will be able to assist you with checking eligibility. For this reason, it is not available online.

Remove/Cancel/Delete Associate

The option to remove an associate is unavailable online for security purposes. Please contact our Membership Department directly at: 1-800-JOIN-AAA (564-6222). A Membership Service Counselor will be happy to update your account accordingly.

Online Gift Membership Renewal

The Gift ID number is listed on the gift membership renewal bill. If you do not have the renewal bill for the gift membership, please contact our Membership Department at 1-800-JOIN-AAA (564-6222) and they will be able to provide your Gift ID number for you.
